There are two components to the MyHardWired™ profiling system.
Traits: Represented by 4 colors and describe behaviors and specific points of view.
Dimensions: Color traits are represented within the 3 dimensions of Preferred Style, Expectations and Instinctive Needs.

Traits
Colors provide a quick reference to describe behaviors and specific points of view.
Green likes to keep things ordered and systematic; uses history and facts as a road map in life and is cautious to avoid making mistakes.
Yellow focuses on the team or society. Yellow is outgoing and adaptive, and will seek to involve the group or community in decision-making.
Red is action oriented. Setting and meeting goals are red qualities. Red seeks out independence and likes to be in charge.
Blue is inner-focused, seeking information and understanding. Blue prefers to look at alternatives before making decisions.
