PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Emerging Leaders Series is an onsite leadership development program for private company cohorts of 10–20 supervisors and frontline leaders. The program is built around MyHardWired, our proprietary 3 dimensional behavioral assessment. This assessment has two functions. First, MyHardWired provides a clear understanding of how individuals communicate, respond under pressure, and influence others across 3 modes. Secondly, MyHardWired allows individuals to understand how others who are different from them do the same. Our leadership development program is taught through this behavioral lens and leaders are equipped based on their profiles and the profiles of others.

SERIES 1: LEAD SELF (FOUNDATIONS)

Builds the personal leadership, communication, and behavioral awareness required to lead effectively.

Builds on Series 1 and equips leaders to coach, address performance issues, delegate with confidence, and develop stronger teams.
